Join us for a backyard gathering! We will kick off the morning at 9:30 with the lighting of the fire. You're invited to gather around our fire pit for some new moon herbal tea. At 10:00 we will begin some very simple, gentle yoga practices. Then, (10:30) when we are warmed and activated we will open up space for offering thanks and gratitude for the great bodies we get to live in. Cherokee elder, Yona French Hawk will share a guided breath prayer, supporting conscious connection to one of the ways we feed the life force of our bodies. Bring along your mug and a yoga mat if you wish to partake in tea and yoga.
