Together, we return to our bodies, and get to know our home frequency & sense of energy.
Since the beginning of the world's industrialization, we have been discouraged to listen to our bodies, trust our intuition's wisdom and honor our emotions. It's time we reclaim our power and remember our wholeness that is ever present in us.
Breathwork is an active meditation self-healing technique that uses the breath as a tool to access the wisdom of your own body. This ancient modality allows the thinking brain to take a break, so the subconscious mind can go online and allow those deep-seated, unprocessed, suppressed emotions like anger, sadness and grief be excavated and released in a safe, well-held space. Through this practice, inherited wounding, limiting programming and emotional loops that are stuck in the mind-body can move their way out, enabling you to feel more free and make room for what is more true to your present.
When you fully soak in to the experience, you may receive insights, visions and a dialed up sense of awareness afterwards. You may feel your heart wide open and your body a lot safer and grounded.

Though this is a FREE event, here is a suggested exchange: for all attendees to make offerings for the Earth (i.e., water a plant, eat 1 plant-based meal, pick up trash, plant a tree, donate to your chosen regenerative cause, etc.)
No prior experience needed. ALL ARE WELCOME.
All you need is a private space where you can lie down comfortably.
