Spend the afternoon and watch the sunset with new friends, or stop by and meet local VLP members.  

Bring yourself, friends, family, food to share (optional) and stories of health reclamation!  Restrooms and beach access right beside/below park!  Bring your swimming gear, it looks to be warm on Friday!

Sara, licensed acupuncturist, will introduce us to the health benefits of acupressure, and ear seeds! 

Justin founder of @emfrocks and Athleticism  https://athleticism.com/ will be there to share his experience and wisdom.

Bring a sign if you would like , but not required.  I will have one with balloons so you can locate the area! Most importantly bring your stories of health restoration to share and celebrate!

There is ample spaces in addition to grassy areas, a performance circle toward the center of the park, and many beaches below the park, if you can donate your time and talents to provide any above activities, please let Lillie know ASAP.  The park is beautifully landscaped, full of art, with amazing views and beaches below.  I hope to see you all there ... and stay and enjoy the city and beaches if you can, it's a beautiful area!
